GENERAL SELLING TERMS

The website Paradize In Japan is the property of PIJ Import-Export LLC (Tokyo, Japan).

Before confirming your order, you certify having understood and accepted the General Selling Terms. Once your order is confirmed, you also confirm your agreement to these terms.

ITEM DESCRIPTION :
Each item and picture is described as accurately as possible. The website is, however, not error-free or perfect. We can not be held responsible if certain item descriptions are not as accurate as the reality.
In case of malfunction or defect of the item, the responsibility of Paradize In Japan can not be held. You will have to contact the maker directly.

PRICE AND TAXES :
Each item has its price indicated on its description page. However, in case of restocking, the price might change. The price is in Yen, but it is also shown is Euro and Dollars on each item’s page. Since we are a Japanese company, the items price and the shipping fee do not have to be taxed by the consummation Japanese tax, for shipping outside Japan.
Your order can, however, be taxed by the customs when arriving in your country. This tax is not included in the item price and is entirely at your charge. Paradize In Japan can not know whether your order will be taxed or not and therefore, can not be held responsible if you are being charged. Even tough most of the small, cheap items are usually not taxed.

PAYMENT :

The exchange rate is calculated everyday by moneybookers . Since the rate changes several times a day, we use the average rate. The price shown in euro and dollar is given as simple information and can change.

The payment is in Yen for customers wishing to pay by moneybookers or Credit Card /bank transfer and in Euro for payments made by direct Bank Transfer or Pay check. You can pay with your moneybookers account or via Credit Card.
Paradize in Japan also accepts pay check (for French buyers only) and Money Transfer. You just have to choose the way you wish to pay before confirming your order. You will then receive an email confirming the Euro amount of your order (usually sent in 24 hours).
Your order will be prepared as soon as we receive your payment.
We also accept payment in 2 or 3 times without extra fee but under certain conditions. The order will be sent after the total payment is received. If you choose to pay in 2 or 3 times, contact us by email since paypal doesn't propose that option.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Your order is made once you have confirmed the payment with Paypal which will show your cart with all the items you have chosen.
All items are usually in stock but PIJ Import-Export LLC might deny an order or a part of it in case we are out of stock. The customer will then be refunded right away from the out of stock item or, the customer can wait for the item to be restocked. In this case, your order will be sent when the restocking is over. We do not send one order in two times.
The refund also applies for pre-order but ONLY if the product was CANCELLED by the maker.

PIJ Import-Export LLC can not be held responsible in case you are ordering a product that is not accepted in your country. If you do not know, please make sure the item you would like to order is accepted by the customs of your country.

SHIPPING :
Once your order is confirmed, Paradize In Japan will send your order between 1 day and 14 working days considering all the items are in stock. In case we have to restock OR for certain items (doll wig, eye-chips…), you might have to wait a little longer (up to 30 working days).
In case of pre-order, the entire order will be sent once the item is released. We do not send one order in two times, unless you wish so and pay the shipping fee accordingly.
You can choose 3 types of shipping:
-EMS, with tracking number. Item usually arrives between 3 and 5 days, depending on your country, city and local postal service.
-SAL Economy Air Mail, with tracking number. Item usually arrives between 3 and 31 days, depending on your country, city and local postal service.
-Air Mail, with no tracking number or insurance. Item usually arrives between 3 and 31 days, depending on your country, city and local postal service.
It is the buyer responsibility to give his exact address of delivery. No refund will be made in case of return from the post office because the address of delivery was not valid or incomplete.
Our responsibility can not be held in case of late delivery of the order, loss or damages caused to the items during the delivery process. Our responsibility ends once the order has gone outside the Japanese borders.

RETURN :
We do not accept return unless the item has been damaged during transportation.

A refund is then made only if the item was sent by EMS and with pictures showing the damage to the box and the item.
If your item is defective, you will have to get in touch with the maker directly since we have no contact with them.

If the item does not satisfy you, you have 7 days to return it unboxed, untouched (see "about us" to check our address). The shipping fee will not be paid back.
You will then be refunded your order as soon as your order is received.

APPLICABLE RIGHT :
This General Selling Terms is a contract between PIJ Import-Export and its customers, defined by the Japanese Law.
Any matter that couldn’t be solved by private agreement will be depending on the Japanese Court only.

CONFIDENTIALITY :
The buyer has the right to change the information about him. We do not divulge your information to anyone.
